A federally certified HR specialist, I speak five languages, including a perfect F/D. Throughout my career, I have conducted 600 job interviews, coached 200 employees, been responsible for 400 employees, and conducted 100 dismissal interviews.


My perspective as a manager combined with my experience in HR is 100% at the disposal of my clients.

Following my Bachelor's and Masters degrees in 'African History with Swahili' in England, I entered the restaurant industry. In my career path, I progressed from temporary waiter to Restaurant Manager.


Thanks to my 12 years of management experience in various restaurant businesses, I am able to empathize well with the requirements of the various line positions and know how important a well-functioning HR framework is.


In order to strengthen these skills, I successfully completed additional training as an HR assistant in 2021.

Ueli complements Claudia Scherrer's team as a competence partner. His mission is to support Claudia in creating added value of her customers in the following areas: Leading with appreciation and numbers and the exchange with young leaders, using practical examples. His motto: The most social of all tasks of a company is to make profits.


Ueli started his career as a chef and successfully developed a well-known international gastronomy chains in management functions. Through many years of P&L responsibility, he knows what process management, turnaround management and quality assurance mean. After more than 30 years of successfully managing and creating on the guest front, it is a logical consequence that Ueli Santschi also wants to pass on his know-how in a consultant. Claudia's customer should be encouraged to feel and use his passion for people.


He is a qualified hotelier/restaurateur SHV/VDH, has a DAS FH in Human Resources Management and is a Head of Human Resources SKP/AKAD.
